When you sign up for Omnifeed, we collect your email address and the content you choose to transform. We also store anonymous session identifiers (fingerprint tokens) in your browser's localStorage to understand usage patterns without identifying you personally.
We use your email to send you transactional emails (welcome sequence, password resets, billing receipts) and optional marketing emails you opt into. Your content is processed to generate your transformed outputs — it is not shared with third parties or used to train external AI models.
We use a single functional cookie to keep you logged in (30-day session). We also use a Meta Pixel for aggregate conversion analytics — no personally identifiable information is sent to Meta.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@omnifeed.com. We retain anonymized, aggregated analytics for product improvement purposes.
Omnifeed uses Polsia's infrastructure (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI's API (content generation). Each of these has their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@omnifeed.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
